One day as I bowed upon bended knees,
I looked to Calvary, and Jesus I did see.
A crown of thorns upon His head,
And nails in His hands and feet,
Oh how He bled.
I said, Jesus, save me from my sins.
And now in my heart, He lives within.
I felt nothing but love that day
As Jesus came into my heart in a special way.
One day I will walk the streets of gold,
Because someone cared enough
And the plan of salvation I was told.
Glory to God on High
For one day I shall meet Him in the sky.
