Those who advocate abortion say we are “just a blob.”

We can be tossed in the garbage can or heaved onto the ash heap. 

But God says,

“So God created mankind in his own image,
    in the image of God he created them;
    male and female he created them.” Gen. 1:27

And…

“I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb.” Jer.1:5

We are also likened to clay.

“We are the clay…”  

that needs transformation.

“…and You are our potter;…

 

… we are the work of Your hand.” Is. 64:8

                 

You came

 …to heal the brokenhearted…

To proclaim liberty to the captives…” Is. 61:1

And You gave me beauty in place of the ashes.
